A positivity list

Having a tough Monday? Me too. For some reason I can't get going. That's when I write a "Positivity List" to help me pivot my thoughts to more positive ones.

The best thing right now:  That I'm super pumped for a healthy week. I packed my lunch and snack today to make sure I stay on track. Boiled eggs for breakfast, grilled chicken with steamed broccoli for lunch, and a Baby Bell Cheese for an afternoon snack.

Most fun right now: That we have friends coming to visit from Sweden in 3 weeks. Can't wait!

Most thankful for right now: That I'm free from a migraine today. I never take my health for granted.

Currently the best workout: I've been taking walks with my daughter every evening. Good exercise and I get to spend time with her, one on one.

And suddenly this Monday doesn't seems so tough any more....
