Emergeny eating plan

I've noticed that the times that I usually break away from my eating habits are when I get hungry and have nothing at home that I can cook quickly and that I enjoy eating, I panic and reach for something unhealthy because at that point I'm so hungry that I just need to eat something. Even though I know it's going to set me back on my health journey.

So I've created what I call my "Eating Emergency Plan". It's a plan of meals that I can cook under 15 minutes with ingredients I always have home.

  • An omelette with vegetables I have home
  • A can of tuna fish with fresh spinach leaves, chopped tomatoes and red onion. Drizzled with olive oil and sea salt.
  • Chicken sausages (I keep them in the freezer) that I fry with vegetables I have home. Peppers, onions and zucchini are my favorites.
  • A salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, avocado and fresh basil.
