What would you do if you lived for an extra 10 years?

Did you know that adding exercise can add 10 years (!) to your life? The main reason for that is that exercise lower risks for diseases such as heart disease and cancer. We have all heard it and we say "yes, yes, I know. I'm going to start exercise soon". But 10 years is a long time! Think about it! Think about what you could do in those 10 years.

It's worth sitting down and really thinking about what you would do, and realize the real benefits of exercising and the real loss of not exercising.

I would cherish the extra years with my family, hopefully get to see grand-children and get to enjoy retirement with my husband. It would also make me less stressed about having enough time to do all the travel I want to do in life. What would you do?
