This week's zen project - a space for me

This week I created a little nook for myself in the bedroom. A spot in the house were I can be by myself, reflect on the day, meditate or read. Of course everyone in the family can use the space, but this is where I will go every night for some alone time. I'm going to add some candles and also keep a journal on the chair to reflect on the day.

Do you have a spot you can retreat to for some quite time? Find a spot where you can re-connect with what is meaningful in your life, and be inspired to pursue your happiness. Make it feel personal and warm with some pillows, candles and other items that make you feel good.
