The health benefits of parsley

I used to eat a lot of parsley growing up. It was probably because we had it in the garden. My mom put it in stews, but also sprinkled over the boiled potatoes which we almost ate daily. I wonder if my mom knew the health benefits of eating parsley, or if she just wanted to add flavor.

Parsley is rich in many vital vitamins, including Vitamin C,  B 12, K and A. Parsley keeps your immune system strong, tones your bones and heals the nervous system. Parsley also has anti-inflammatory properties, and regular use can also help control your blood pressure. So definitely worth adding to your daily diet!
