Healthy filling snack

I don't believe in being hungry. I believe in eating the right healthy foods that will give you energy and keep you satisfied. I also like to mix it up and try different snacks. One of my favorite snacks in the summer, and also a great appetizer is grilled asparagus with bacon. There is no need to stick with boring traditional snacks as a fruit or crackers, that will leave you hungry again after an hour. 

The asparagus is a great source of Vitamin K, Vitamin B2, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Copper, Selenium and the bacon will keep you satisfied between the meals.
