Healthy salads

I'm having a tough time eating in the Summer when it's really warm. Which is why I often chose a salad, since it's easier to eat something cold. One mistake that I sometimes see people doing is that they forget the protein in their salads. Without the protein they will become hungry again after 30 minutes and start eating things that are not included in their eating plan. Vegetables are super healthy so keep on loading up on veggies, but always add a protein such as boiled eggs, grilled chicken, steak, shrimp or tuna. Add some avocado or olives for some healthy fat, and you'll have the perfect meal!
