Don't miss this week's Stellibell meditation

There is an old Zen saying - "You should sit in mediation for 20 minutes a day, unless you are too busy; then you should sit for an hour". It makes you think about your priorities and state of mind. Meditation has too many benefits to your body and soul not to practice it.

Sit in a comfortable position. I recommend that you set a timer so that you don't get distracted by thinking about the time.

Take a deep cleansing breath. Look at the picture below. Picture yourself sitting in the field. Feel the warm comforting sun on your skin. Hear the wind move through the field. The warm ground is filling you up with energy, and you can feel the thankfulness for this beautiful place in your soul.
