An easy workout, or not...?

If you are looking for an easy workout just convince your husband you need to build a retaining wall in your yard...!

All joking aside, it was a great workout working on the wall this past weekend. I still feel it today in my arms, back, legs and stomach. Just make sure you lift with your legs when you lift heavy objectives. We worked on the wall for 5 hours, so I should have burned a couple of calories :)
