Why I drink tea

There are many reasons why I drink tons of green tea, but the main reason is to curb my appetite. I find that a cup of green tea at 11am before lunch makes me eat less for lunch, and a cup at 8pm prevents me from snacking after dinner. 

Other reasons to drink tea are that tea is actually hydrating to the body (even those that contain caffeine!),  it increases the metabolism and it has been found to improve bone mineral density and strength. 

With all the flavors available now, you are sure to find one you like. My favorite right now is decaffeinated blackberry pomegranate.
