The health benefit of cinnamon

Did you know that cinnamon can boost your metabolism? It also has benefits for blood sugar regulation, which is why it's a great seasoning for people with diabetes. 

So what is a good way of adding it to your meals? One easy way is adding it to your coffee. I've gotten so used to cinnamon in my coffee that it tastes funny without it. Another great idea is sprinkling a little cinnamon on apple wedges. My kids often have it for snack when they come home from school.
