This LCHF and Keto thick pancake is a favorite dinner dish in Sweden. Actually, Thursday is pancake-and-soup dinner day in Sweden. My family and I enjoyed this pancake last night, so we didn't wait until Thursday, but it was very delicious regardless. Serve it with berries or whip cream.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp psyllium seed husks
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 packet of bacon
Directions
- Turn on the oven at 425 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Chop the bacon and fry it.
- Spread out the bacon in a medium pan and pour the mixture over it. The mixture should be about 1/2 high in the pan.
- Place in the oven for about 20 minutes and until cooked.
