Christmas on the 24th

Today is a busy day, since I'm preparing for the Swedish smörgåsbord all day; Swedish meatballs (of course!), sausage, potato casserole, ham, pickled herring, smoked salmon etc etc. I can't wait for Thursday, which is when we celebrate (we celebrate on the 24th in Sweden).

My eating plan for tomorrow  is to fill up with the proteins first, and then enjoy some carbs. I've decided to have one dessert, and no seconds. It's going to be a great day!
