There is no excuse to not make an LCHF meal when these scrambled eggs only take 1 minute. Add a salad or steamed vegetables and you have a perfect meal.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions
- Whip the eggs together in a bowl
- Cook them in the microwave for 30 seconds
- Take out the eggs and stir
- Cook the eggs for another 30 seconds
- Add the butter and stir againj
