1 min scrambed eggs

There is no excuse to not make an LCHF meal when these scrambled eggs only take 1 minute. Add a salad or steamed vegetables and you have a perfect meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter

 Directions

  1. Whip the eggs together in a bowl
  2. Cook them in the microwave for 30 seconds
  3. Take out the eggs and stir
  4. Cook the eggs for another 30 seconds
  5. Add the butter and stir againj
