I look at exercise as charging the batteries. The more you drive the car, the more the battery will charge up. It's the same with exercise. We often say "I'm too tired to exercise", but we should say I will be too tired if I don't exercise.

Exercising and moving should be be fun, a stress reducer, and energizing. I will help you explore different exercises to find the right one for you, and introduce you to new routine that will help your body become healthy and happy.

Exercise also helps to improve your memory, boost your confidence in work and life, sleep better and makes you happier. It’s one of the best things you can do for yourself each day.

I look at nutrition as gas you put into your car - quality affects performance. As soon as you look at food as fuel for your body, it's easier to eat healthier. A nutrient-dense diet containing wholesome foods will reduces inflammation in the body, and fuel your cells with valuable ingredients, so that you can feel your best. This new mindset will change how you look at food. You are going to want to take care of your body, and feed it with nutritious foods.
