Currently, too many of us struggle with weight problems. The World Health Organization (WHO) predicts that being overweight or obese may soon replace more traditional public health concerns such as infectious diseases and malnutrition as the most significant cause of poor health.[1] It is our united responsibility to help one another toward better health, which is why I want to share my experiences with you.

I’ve always struggled with my weight and with my relationship to food. I never felt comfortable in my body, and the food I used to eat was making me feel ill every day — bloated, uncomfortable, and just miserable. I’ve tried every diet under the sun (several times!) with no luck. I’ve been told by doctors that I have irritable bowel syndrome and to eat more fiber, but that made my stomach worse and actually put me in more pain.

But then I found the LCHF/Ketogenic lifestyle. The lchf/ketogenic lifestyle is a high-fat, adequate-protein and low-carbohydrate diet. To me, the lifestyle means freedom. I am now free from food addiction; free from always obsessing about what to eat and when to eat it; free to enjoy delicious food that I love, knowing that I get the nutrition I need and, at the same time, lose weight without a struggle. It also means freedom from having to measure and weigh food and count calories. The lchf/ketogenic lifestyle puts me in control so I can enjoy food and enjoy life.

Following a lchf/ketogenic lifestyle is easy, but in order to be successful you need to learn the rules. This book will help set you up for success.
