- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 1 Roma tomato
- 2 large handfuls spinach
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
- Water – enough to get the consistency you want.
- Peel the apple and orange and chop into pieces.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
- Add water until you get the consistency you like.
- Pour into serving glasses.
