Why wait until tomorrow Monday, when we can start today! Here is the Workout Challenge. When I lack motivation for working out or I'm tired I remind myself that training is a privilege, not a punishment. We are so lucky that we can move and take care of our health. So, I promise myself (and you) that I will do this workout three times this week. I will post my progress here on the blog, and on Instagram so that you can keep me honest. You are joining, right?!?
