As you can tell, we are big fans of pumpkin. Here is another Clean Eating Dessert. What is your favorite pumpkin recipe?
- 6 oz plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp canned pumpkin
- Pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of pumpkin pie spice
- 4-5 drops of liquid stevia or sweetener of choice (optional)
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is mixed together well.
- Top with toppings of your choice.
